The best way to reach the studio is through Etsy Messages, before or after a purchase.
Open the Etsy shop (opens in a new tab)
On the shop page, choose Message seller. You need to be signed in to Etsy to send a message.
To get help faster
- The product name and, if you bought it, your order reference.
- Your device and browser, for example "MacBook, Chrome".
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- A screenshot, with personal or client information removed.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or private client data in a message.
What support covers
Support covers downloading, opening and using the features described in the product's listing. Customization, data entry, consulting and new features are not included unless a listing says so. Each listing and its included guide state the details.
